We attended our first event at the Royal Pump Rooms in Royal Leamington Spa at the weekend for a charity dinner dance.  The Royal Pump Rooms have a great bar area with enough space for us to setup our portable studio and viewing/printing station.  The staff were great and the guests were keen to pose in front of the camera.  We always know it will be a fun night when a guest turns up in a kilt.

We had a great night and look forward to another event we have booked at the Royal Pump Rooms later this year.

Attended a ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ black tie event recently at the Dormy House Hotel in Broadway.  This was our second year attending this event, and as always the guests were really fun and friendly and we had a great night.  We were not tempted to get onto the dancefloor and remained most definately behind the camera.

Last Saturday, for the third year running we attended the Cancer Research Charity Ball held at the Benn Hall in Rugby.

This is always a great event for us to start off our new season – its a worthwile cause of which we donate a persentage of our takings from the evening, and we always meet a lively group of people who love being in front of the camera.

Our first event of 2010 was the Hilton Warwick Staff Christmas Party 2009.  We do a lot of work at the Hilton during the Christmas season and get treated really well by the staff, so we are always pleased to attend their own party to take photos during the evening.  We look forward to working with the staff of the Hilton Warwick through 2010.  Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all.

We have had another very busy and enjoyable Christmas party season for 2009.  We have taken hundreds of photos of party goers throughout their party with our portable studio setup and printed onsite for people to take their photos home with them.  We have seen many sites and heard many sounds (mostly cheesey 70′s disco songs – see below) and met some great people through the season.  We hope you all have a fantastic Christmas for 2009 and a great new year.

On 28th november 2009 Rise Dance Acadamy held their 2009 awards and Event-Pics attended again to document the night.  We always have great fun at these awards as it is full of young children having great fun expressing themselves through dance and they always love to have their photo taken after the awards presentation.  Look forward to seeing you again soon.

On 21st November 2009 Event-Pics attended the Traditional College of Acupuncture Awards Ceremony at the Hilton Warwick.  As you can imagine we know nothing about acupuncture but the graduates certainly do now and have worked very hard to gain their qualifications.  It sounded like they had some fun doing so at the same time !  Congratulations to all.

Etone College in Nuneaton  held their 2009 Year 11 Awards Night on Thursday 19th November at the college and Event-Pics were on hand to document the ceremony and photograph the award winners after the event. 

Event-Pics attended the year 11 prom earlier on in the year so we were really pleased to meet everyone again as they celebrated their exam successes.  It was a great night as everyone looked back at their efforts and forward to their future.  Congratulations to everyone.

We were back at our second home on Saturday 31st October when Rosewood Lodge held a black tie event at the Hilton Warwick.  We setup our standard portable studio in the adjoining room and stayed throughout the evening to take formal and informal photos of the guests.  Everyone had a great time and the photos were well received.
