Bringing our studio to you

We specialise in photographing school proms, leavers balls, black-tie dinner dances, corporate events, charity events and Christmas parties.
We create fun fresh contemporary portrait photography at events using our portable professional studio equipment.  We can provide a large white background or black ‘photobooth’ style background setups with a selection of fun props.
We are available throughout your event to take formal and more relaxed portraits – individuals, couples and small groups.
Guests can view the images immediately with our onsite viewing station and ordered photographs are printed immediately to take away.

Locations Covered

Event-Pics cover events in Leicestershire, Warwickshire and the wider Midlands. Travel to the rest of the UK is also possible.

Easy Payment Options

Individual prints are competitevly priced with ‘on the night only’ multibuy offers available. We accepts cash, cheques and all major credit cards.

Charity Events

We are always keen to support charity events and we can discuss ways we can help during the event to increase donations.
